Will I receive the same product as in the photos?
Yes. Images show the real housing/connector layout. Minor differences (labels, cable color) may occur by batch, but specs follow the datasheet.

Which bus protocols do your servos support?
RS-485/CAN (bus servos) and PWM/UART (selected models). Default is RS-485 half-duplex with addressable IDs.
Do your servos use absolute encoders and closed-loop control?
Most RA/HPB series use absolute encoders with FOC closed-loop control. Check the model page for resolution and loop features.
How do I size a servo for my joint?
Start with torque ≈ (load × lever arm) / efficiency. Add 30–50% safety margin for dynamics. See our sizing guide or contact support.
Can I drive the servos with Arduino/Raspberry Pi/STM32?
Yes. We provide protocol docs and example code. Use a USB-to-RS-485 (or CAN) adapter and the recommended power supply.
