Specifications and joint mapping
View Specifications to check models, joints, servo and power configurations. The existing table mainly covers LD and FL. Use the supplied documentation for HD rather than extrapolating from LD specifications.
DIY assembly and BOM
Assembly Preparation and Checks covers tools, cable routing, and inspection. Complete illustrated assembly instructions are still being developed; the preparation checklist is not a full assembly tutorial.
The GitHub Hardware directory provides hardware source resources and BOM information. Before downloading, check the model and revision and whether the list includes fasteners, controllers, power supplies, and cables. A BOM for one model does not establish equivalent coverage for others.
CAD and 3D printing downloads
Open the Star Arm 102 Download Center
Find dimensional drawings, editable CAD, printable parts, and accessories in the download center. This page does not maintain duplicate files.
| Resource | Current Wiki coverage | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| 102-LD PDF / DWG | Downloads available | View dimensions or edit 2D drawings |
| 102-LD complete assembly STEP | Pending; some individual STEP parts are available | 3D CAD exchange models |
| 102-FL PDF / DWG / STEP | Pending | The download center will be updated after release |
| 102-HD drawings | Not yet listed | Contact technical support if required |
| Printable parts | A dedicated 102-LD MakerWorld model link is listed | Check the model page for versions, files, and printing instructions |
The download center also links to the LD BOM and STEP files for the base, handle, finger rings, and first-person camera mount. LD resources do not establish equivalent HD or FL availability. Before printing, check part names, quantities, materials, orientation, and hardware revision. Unverified parameters are not presented as universal printing recommendations.

Licenses and scope
Check the license information supplied with the repository, subdirectories, model release, and printing-model pages separately. A software license does not automatically cover all CAD, printing files, model weights, or third-party resources. If a resource's permitted use is unclear, confirm with technical support before modifying or redistributing it.
